We feed, clothe, sh
oe, provide medicines, food packages, legal and medical consultations to refugees twice a week in Kyiv, Podil at 15/15 Vikentia Khvoiky St. Up to 80 families receive assistance at a time, many of whom are now on the verge of survival.
Displaced persons (IDPs) register in our database using a questionnaire, a link to it is on the main page. Then an invitation for a specific date comes to the specified email address. The main condition is that you must have a phone with you to show the invitation to the volunteer for registration, and the IDP’s certificates.
Every second “IDP Day” begins with psychological training, which is conducted by specialists from the “Center for
Psychological Health”. The training lasts 30-40 minutes. After that, the volunteer registrar invites guests to the registration table, where he checks their data and issues tear-off coupons for visiting the showroom and warehouse. Information from partners about free sections, tickets to performances, free medical services, and job vacancies is also announced.
Migrant families move according to a digital queue to the place of issue (showroom and warehouse).

There, everyone can choose any number of available humanitarian aid items: clothing, shoes, household items, household appliances, accessories, books, school supplies, bed linen, blankets, pillows, children’s toys, baby carriages, strollers, mattresses, cribs, disability
equipment (crutches, walkers, chairs, orthoses, tutors, supports), and a volunteer at the counter personally hands out hygiene items upon request: diapers, pads, shampoos, brushes, toothpastes, creams, wet wipes, towels, as well as baby pacifiers, bottles, and food. A children’s area is specially equipped for toddlers. Also, a lawyer, a representative of the EVRIKA LAW agency, and an IDP affairs officer are welcoming visitors at a separate table. Upon leaving, the displaced people receive a food package according to the data registered in the database: standard size for families of up to 3 people, and an increased size for families of 4 or more people.
